New: Morpheus8 for face & neck — book a complimentary consult
Linden Aesthetic

Demo document — not legal advice. WCAG 2.1 AA is a widely accepted technical conformance target, but there is no single binding federal web-accessibility regulation in the U.S. at this time — compliance expectations are shaped by evolving case law under the ADA. A real clinic should have this reviewed alongside an actual accessibility audit of the finished site, not just this statement.

Accessibility Statement

Demo build. Linden Aesthetic Medicine is a fictional practice, not affiliated with any real clinic. Prices and reviews are illustrative.

We want everyone — including people using assistive technology — to be able to learn about our treatments and book an appointment on this site.

Our conformance target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognized standard for web accessibility, across this website. That includes things like sufficient color contrast, visible keyboard focus, text alternatives for images (including before/after photos), captions or transcripts for video content, and forms with real labels rather than placeholder text standing in for labels.

What we've built in

  • Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout the site, so you can navigate without a mouse
  • Minimum 4.5:1 text contrast
  • Alt text on every image, including before/after photos
  • Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting — if you've turned on "reduce motion," this site won't play its entrance animations
  • Form fields with persistent labels, not placeholder-only labels that disappear when you start typing

Known limitations

This is a demo build, and we're stating plainly what we have not yet independently verified rather than claiming a conformance level we haven't tested:

  • We have not yet completed a full manual audit with assistive-technology users; automated scanning alone cannot certify accessibility.
  • Some third-party embeds (our booking widget, map, payment processor) are outside our direct control, and their accessibility depends on that vendor.
  • We're continuing to review video and photo-gallery content for complete captions and alt text as new content is added.

Requesting an accommodation

If you use assistive technology and run into a barrier on this site, or if you'd like to complete a booking a different way — by phone instead of the online form, for example — please contact us. We'll do our best to help right away.
