New: Morpheus8 for face & neck — book a complimentary consult
Linden Aesthetic

Demo document — not legal advice. This page was drafted for a fictional practice (Linden Aesthetic Medicine) as a starting-point template. Before a real clinic publishes this, it must be reviewed by the clinic's attorney and medical director, who should confirm the categories of data actually collected, the vendors actually used, and whether the clinic meets the volume thresholds that trigger full CCPA/CPRA or Texas TDPSA obligations.

Privacy Policy

Linden Aesthetic Medicine ("we," "us," "the practice") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Demo build. Linden Aesthetic Medicine is a fictional practice, not affiliated with any real clinic. Prices and reviews are illustrative.

What this site does — and doesn't — collect

This website is informational and marketing-focused. We do not collect health information here. When you request an appointment, you're routed to our booking platform, which is a separate system operated by a third-party vendor. Any medical intake form, health history, or treatment record you complete lives on that platform, not on this website. See our Notice of Privacy Practices for how that information is handled.

On this site itself, we collect:

  • Contact details you provide directly — name, email, phone number, and message content if you fill out a contact form or request a callback.
  • Booking metadata — if you click through to schedule an appointment, the booking platform may pass back to us confirmation that a booking occurred and which service was selected, so we can measure which pages convert.
  • Automatically collected data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring source, collected through analytics (Google Analytics 4) and, if enabled, call-tracking software that assigns a tracking phone number based on how you found us.
  • Cookies — used for analytics, remembering your cookie preference, and measuring ad performance (Google Ads / Meta conversion pixels, if running an active campaign). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect site functionality but not your ability to call or book.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to inquiries and confirm appointment requests
  • To understand which pages and treatments visitors are interested in, so we can improve the site
  • To measure whether our advertising is working
  • To send appointment reminders and, if you've opted in, marketing texts or emails (see our SMS & Marketing Consent page)

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share limited data with:

  • Our booking platform (e.g., Boulevard, Zenoti, Vagaro, Mangomint, or Aesthetic Record) — to process your appointment request
  • Our CRM / email and text platform — to send confirmations, reminders, and marketing you've opted into
  • Analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta) — in aggregate or pseudonymous form, to measure site and ad performance
  • Service providers who host and maintain this website

We do not share data with anyone for their own independent marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and analytics data are kept for as long as we reasonably need them for the purposes above — generally no longer than 24 months, after which they're deleted or anonymized. Booking and health-related records follow a different, longer schedule set by the booking platform and applicable medical-records law — see the Notice of Privacy Practices.

Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we've collected, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise a request, contact us using the details below.

Texas residents (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act): Depending on the volume of Texas consumer data we process, you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. Contact us to make a request; we will verify your identity before fulfilling it.

All visitors: You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you and request that we delete it, subject to records we're legally required to retain.
