Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We hold appointment slots exclusively for you, which means a late cancellation or no-show is a slot another patient couldn't take. This policy explains what we ask of you, and what happens if plans change.

Notice window

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. For appointments longer than 60 minutes or involving specialized providers, we ask for 48 hours' notice.

You can cancel or reschedule through your confirmation email/text link, by calling us at (214) 555-0148, or by messaging us directly.

Fees

Fees are charged to the card on file or deducted from your deposit, and are disclosed to you again at the time of booking.

Deposits

Some appointments — particularly longer treatments, first-time consultations, or high-demand time slots — require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your treatment. If you cancel or no-show without sufficient notice, the deposit is forfeited as the cancellation fee described above. If you cancel with sufficient notice, your deposit is refunded or credited toward a rescheduled visit, at your choice.

Why we have this policy

Missed appointments are one of the most direct costs a small medical practice absorbs — a held slot that goes unused is provider time, room time, and another patient's opportunity that can't be recovered. This policy exists so we can keep the practice sustainable while offering the flexibility to reschedule when something genuinely comes up.

Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. If you contact us about a genuine emergency, our team will use discretion in applying this policy — reach out as soon as you can rather than not showing up.
