PRP Hair Restoration, explained plainly.
PRP hair restoration uses a small sample of your own blood, spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, which are then injected into the scalp in areas of thinning to support the hair follicles already there.
Because it uses your own blood, there's no risk of an allergic reaction to a foreign substance, and no products beyond a topical numbing agent are involved.
This is a series-based treatment: the standard plan is three sessions spaced about a month apart, followed by periodic maintenance every few months.
